hi folks
Could someone tell me what time the free practice/quali starts on the friday(29th) at the Norfolk arena and what time the action starts on the saturday.Many thanks. john

Hi Jon
Practice will start at 1000 on Friday and continue through til 7pm with a break for dinner.
Saturday will see practice in the morning with qualifying taking place mid/late afternoon and the main event will start at 7pm.
